October 2017 – The Start of the Mission
In 2017, CTST was born as a family business, bringing together the vast experience of a father with more than 30 years’ experience at CEMIG and the innovative vision of his son, a Control and Automation Engineer. Together, they shared a dream: to save lives with the best we have to offer. This desire to protect lives and bring safety to electrical professionals has become the foundation of our company.

December 2017 – First International Training
Soon after we were founded, we undertook our first international training course. ELFEC, one of Bolivia’s largest energy utilities, gave us this great opportunity. This event not only strengthened our expertise, but also began a solid and long-lasting relationship, marked by numerous achievements.
March 2018 – Brand Strengthening
The construction of our brand and visual identity in 2018 certainly symbolized the consolidation of our MVV (Mission, Vision and Values). We created an image that reflected our seriousness, professionalism and commitment to the safety and development of our clients and partners.
In this sense, the logo reinforces CTST’s value as a modern, highly competent and experienced company focused on offering safe, quality solutions in the electricity sector.
August 2018 – First Training by CTST in Brazil
Our first training course on Brazilian soil was a great success. The course was held at TEREX RITZ, a company that would become an essential partner over the years. On this occasion, we focused on the application of materials and equipment technologies.
July 2019 – Establishment of the First Office
As the company grew, we opened our first physical office in 2019. This expansion has allowed us to offer an even closer and more efficient service to our clients. Our team currently includes professionals dedicated to the Commercial, Marketing and Technology, Financial, Administrative and Technical areas. Every employee, partner and client is fundamental to our success.

December 2021 – First Live Line Certification in Medium Voltage Substations in Bolivia
Another historic milestone in Bolivia. In 2021 we left a legacy by certifying the first class of Live Line for Medium Voltage Substations in the country, again with ELFEC. This pioneering milestone highlighted our leadership and expertise in the sector, setting a new standard for technical training in the region. Certification has opened up new opportunities for the Bolivian electricity sector. It has also solidified our presence and reputation as a leading company in specialized training for the electricity sector.
August 2022 – First International Certification in Chile
In 2022, CTST continued to break barriers. Electrical Engineer Juan Carlos Rodríguez obtained the first “Specialist in Working Methods with Energized Circuits” certification in all of Chile. With the support and training of our team, he was awarded the title of “Training Multiplier and Technical Instructor” on the subject. This achievement therefore represented a significant step forward for safety in the country’s electricity sector.

In March 2024, we were pioneers in training Bolivia’s first team to work on Live Line on a 500kV transmission line. An unprecedented achievement in the country. This training, carried out for the company ENDE, reaffirms our commitment to taking training to unprecedented levels in order to transform the electricity sector with safety and excellence.
May 2024 – First Medium Voltage Live Line Training in Potosí, Bolivia
In May 2024, we made our mark by carrying out the first Medium Voltage Live Line Maintenance training course in Potosí, Bolivia. This time with another valued client: SEPSA. This pioneering training expanded our impact in the region, offering local professionals essential training for the safe and efficient maintenance of electrical networks. In this way, we reaffirmed our commitment to innovation and international expansion, consolidating our position as a benchmark in the electricity sector.
First Medium Voltage Live Line Maintenance class in Potosí – BO
May 2025 – First Medium Voltage Live Line Training in India
In July 2024, CTST carried out the first Medium Voltage Live Line Maintenance training in the history of India, in the cities of Hisar and Faridabad (Haryana), in partnership with the company MADHAV (RITZ distributor) on the premises of the DHBVN concessionaire.
The training marked an unprecedented advance in the country, training local professionals with a focus on safety, efficiency and international standardization. Another step in CTST’s mission to bring specialized technical knowledge across borders.
