Live Line Materials and Equipment Technology is critical to the safety, productivity, and compliance of operations. Choosing, specifying, approving, maintaining, and operating tools correctly has a direct impact on risk, cost, and availability. For this reason, our goal is to provide criteria for decisions and empower teams to operate methodically, reduce variability, and increase service reliability.
This is an open portfolio, meaning it sets a standard for what we deliver while also offering customization options aligned with technical briefings.

What do we do?
1) Training in the operation and maneuvering of hydro-lift equipment
We train operators and leaders in inspection and care, safe positioning, maneuvering, emergency procedures, and team integration. We work with crane trucks, isolated aerial baskets (1 or 2 buckets), lifting platforms, and similar equipment. All content is customized to the client’s working methods and assets and adapted to company and country regulations. Finally, we also provide checklists, operating manuals, and other operational documents.
2) Maintenance and electrical testing of equipment
We have structured inspection, maintenance, and electrical testing routines for insulating sticks, conductive clothing, scaffolding, and platforms, as well as other tools and equipment used in Live Line works. In addition, we have standardized field tests and operational trials, and defined acceptance and rejection criteria, as well as frequency, records, and traceability.
We also cooperate with your team in cleaning, maintaining, storing, and transporting equipment. All this with the aim of maintaining operational compliance and increasing the useful life of tools, as well as protecting the electrician, the circuit, and your company.
3) Washing insulators on lines and substations
This is practical training for planning and executing the washing of insulators on lines and substations, with a focus on electrical safety, cleaning quality, and environmental and operational risk control. As such, we cover the following in the method: pressure/range, minimum distances, flow trajectories, grounding, weather window criteria, and effluent containment. It includes equipment inspection, communication with the team, release, and post-task normalization.
4) Operation of RPAs (drones) for inspections
Training and standardization for performing inspection activities with drones, from planning to field operations. We cover applicable regulations and documentation in the country, checklists and flight procedures, equipment care, and safe maneuvers. We standardize inspection techniques, thermography, and what to inspect according to your assets and internal company rules, defining severity and evaluation criteria.
5) Technical delivery of equipment
Technical delivery is the decisive factor between purchasing and operating safely and efficiently. We combine thorough inspection of the material, technical mediation between the manufacturer/distributor and the end customer, and specialized training so that the team can use each tool and piece of equipment as designed. We work with everything from poles and covers to aerials.
As a result, we have commissioned equipment, skilled staff, standardized documentation, and reduced risks from day one, with no learning curve at the expense of operations.
6) Use of chainsaws and similar tools
Course focused on the safe handling of chainsaws and cutting equipment, covering essential precautions, cleaning and maintenance routines, proper pruning and cutting techniques, stability criteria, and compliance with applicable regulations. The goal is to ensure that the team operates safely, minimizing risks and preserving the integrity of the equipment.
7) Diagram, operation, and maneuvering in substations
Training dedicated to understanding how a substation works, interpreting diagrams, operating sequences, and maneuvers in accordance with applicable documents, procedures, and regulations. It also covers protective equipment and devices, enabling the team to act accurately and safely in highly complex environments.
8) Thermography
Training focused on the correct use of thermography in electrical inspections, covering fundamental concepts, thermal imager operation, essential adjustments, and interpretation of results. The course enables professionals to identify hot spots, anomalies, and trends, strengthening decision-making and preventing system failures.
9) Live Line Materials and Equipment Technology
Course focused on updating new tools and equipment applied to electrical maintenance. It addresses concepts, characteristics, technical specifications, and selection criteria, as well as the interpretation of technical catalogs. The module helps teams select materials appropriate to the work method and regulatory requirements, reducing procurement errors and increasing operational efficiency.
